You’ve been struggling to keep up with the day-to-day grind of managing your family, friends, job, and finances, all the while grappling with a black cloud of depression and anxiety that seems to follow you wherever you go. It’s not that you’re over-the-top sad or fearful all of the time; it’s just that you’re not quite enjoying life like you used to. You’ve probably been retreating from friends and family, finding it harder to get out of bed in the morning, and maybe even noticing some changes in your weight and sleep patterns that never used to be there before. Hell, sometimes it’s even hard to do the normal everyday things that most people take for granted like taking a shower or brushing your teeth because the mere thought of all of that activity exhausts you.

And let’s not even begin to talk about how anxious all of this makes you. All of the negative thoughts swirling around in your head telling you that you’re not good enough. The worries that you’ll not live up to what others expect of you and that you’re letting them down. And worst of all: what if everyone else notices that you’re not okay???
